Sathya Sai Education has grown into a comprehensive education system, practiced in all parts of the world and covering a wide range of formal, non-formal, and informal education programs.

Formal education is delivered by the Sathya Sai Education in Human Values (SSEHV) programs in state and private schools, colleges, Institutes of Sathya Sai Education, and the Sri Sathya Sai University. These links provide information:

  • Sathya Sai Schools and Institutes. This site contains information on Sathya schools and institutes throughout the world and links to existing websites for them.

  • Sri Sathya Sai University (previously the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning). The University founded by Sathya Sai Baba in 1981, which provides free education on three campuses: Ananthapur (for women), Prasanthi Nilayam (for men), and Brindavan (for men, on the outskirts of Bangalore).

  • Sri Sathya Sai International Centre, New Delhi. This Centre, a Unit of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, has as its basic aim the grooming of persons of character in society through education and training.

Education 2007-2008

Non-formal education is delivered by Sai Spiritual Education (bal vikas) programs in Sathya Sai organizations and centers, by SSEHVprograms in the community and for teens and young adults, and by Sathya Sai parenting programs.

Informal (continuing) education is provided by discourses and writings by Sathya Sai Baba, study circles in Sri Sathya Sai Baba Centers, conferences at the local, national, and international levels, and various magazines and newsletters, including Sanatha Sarathi.
