1. All orders are payable in 30 days. No new orders will be shipped unless previous invoices have been paid for.
2. The shipping charges listed in the order form are for the United States only. Orders are shipped by either U.S. mail or UPS.
3. Foreign Orders:
   (a) Checks and money orders must be payable in U.S. dollars on a U.S. bank
   (b) Checks payable in U.S. dollars on a foreign bank are not acceptable because of high handling charges by banks
   (c)It is recommended that for payment of foreign orders, customers should contact their post office, since some countries provide international Money Orders
   (d)Overseas orders are shipped by sea mail unless special instructions are sent with the order for other modes of shipment.
4. The Book Center is not responsible for loss or damage to shipments in the mails, including overseas shipments.
5. Discounts on all items to Sathya Sai Baba Centers and dealers. Items must be for resale. Dealers must include the resale number along with their order.
6. All prices are subject to change without notice.
7. California sales tax (currently 7.75% and subject to change) will be added to all orders shipped within California.
8. No materials accepted for credit or refund after 30 days. All returns are with the Book Center approval only.
9. No credit cards are accepted.
10. Please allow approximately 10 days for shipping from the time we receive your order.

If you are a new customer, please let us know that. If you are an old customer, please give us your customer code (if known). Also, please be explicit about the billing address and the shipping address, if they are different.
